Anna Mohr

Can I have a seat?  Thanks, I haven’t been feeling very good lately.  So . . . now what?

My name and address?  Yea ok.  My name’s Jim Ruth and I live at 300 north 8th street, Appt 4-B.  That’s the University Place Building.  Say what?  Yea I’ve got a roommate.  Her name’s Anna Mohr.  Tell you about her?  Uh . . . ok.
She’s 25, I think.  She has long dark hair, it's not quit black but closer to black than brown.  She has green eyes, which by the way, she is very proud of.  Start with, “Hey baby, you’ve got beautiful green eyes.”  It still probably won’t work, but it would be your best shot.
Yea, she’s cute . . . real cute.  We had something once, but she . . . she’s not very open . . . emotionally I mean.  She’s real guarded ya know?  She’s been hurt.  Anyway . . . it just didn’t work out, her and me.  She's real stubborn.  She can be sweet, but she's gotta mean streak . . . and she likes to be in charge.  Sometimes that pretty good though . . . if you know what I mean.
She grew up in some small town outside of Omaha.  Her dad was a farmer and I think her mom was a nurse or something . . . like at a nursing home.  Anna told me her mom died when she was just a little girl.  I can only imagine how difficult that must have been.  I bet she was close with her mom . . . ‘cause she never seemed to be real close with her dad . . . but who knows.
No, I don’t know anything about a brother.  Christopher?  No, she never mentioned him.  Wow, he played football at Baylor.  A linebacker in the Big 12, even if it was at Baylor is still pretty good.  Seriously, she never mentioned him.  All I know about the guy is what you just told me.  Yea great, he loved hunting and fishing, and he played football.  Shit, he probably got really good grades and banged the prom queen. He sounds like a dad’s wet dream . . . no wonder Anna and her dad weren’t that close.  Hard to compete with that.  Frankly, the guy kinda sounds like a douche bag.
Anna's a good kid, I would do just about anything for her.  I don't think she's still mad at me for how we ended . . . but with women, ya never can tell.
